Who is responsible. Until incorporation, the directors of Wangara Gold Ltd (in formation), Dr Sameera Abubakar and Engr Chijioke Okoli, at 18 Ziguinchor Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja, Nigeria. Contact: info@wangaragold.com.

What we collect when you send an enquiry.

• What you type: who you are, name, organisation, email, phone, country, message and any route-specific details.
• The date and time.
• A keyed hash of your network address, used only to limit abuse; it cannot be turned back into your address without our key.
• Your browser family, truncated.

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising services. To see how many people read each page, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device. It records the page, the country, the device type and the referring site, and discards the full address and any identifier at the end of each day. We cannot identify you from it.

Why, and on what basis. To reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. If you tick the optional box, we may contact you later about working with Wangara Gold, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it. Supabase (database hosting, European Union) and Microsoft 365 (email). The transfer to the European Union relies on the processor's standard contractual clauses pending the Nigeria Data Protection Commission's adequacy decisions.

How long. Twenty-four months, then deleted, unless the enquiry becomes part of a business relationship.

Your rights. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@wangaragold.com. We respond without undue delay and within the time the Act allows. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Other points. We make no automated decisions about you. This site is not intended for people under 18. This notice is dated 28 October 2026 and will be updated when the company is incorporated and when a data protection contact is designated.
